3. Our Role as a Data Fiduciary vs. Data Processor

• As a Data Fiduciary: When you visit Cladsystems.in or submit your business information to us directly, we act as the Data Fiduciary and determine how your data is handled.
• As a Data Processor: When our clients share their customer databases or lead lists with us to manage their Facebook/Google ad campaigns or sales funnels, we act strictly as a Data Processor. In those instances, our corporate clients remain the Data Fiduciaries, and we handle that consumer data solely based on their explicit legal contracts and instructions.
